Lenovo — laptop G50

I have purchased the laptop of the model Lenovo G 50/45 it has an manufacturing defect ie. flickering issue i have submitted the laptop in the service center on 4th of March 2015 and today is 9thApril 2015 still they are not able to solve that issue i am giving the call to the lenovo customer care every day but they are also giving the post dates. the service of lenovo is very puthetic, if i am asking for the refund then also they are not giving any reply.
