Dear sir/mdm

I purchased lenovo laptop in the month of february 2020. Even, emi of laptop is just completed, however, there is some issue regarding motherboard, and i contacted your technical person so many times, but i m not getting satisfactory services from your company.

I am working as professor and currently my entire work is online. So, i faced my types of trouble.

I hope you will look into this matter and send your help soon
