I Purchased laptop from Croma - Vadodara on Dt. 26th jan'2015 due to some Technical Problem i send my Laptop to Authorized Service Center in vadodara on dated :- 24th aug'2015. After sending my laptop continuously followup with customer care and they says parts not avelabel, after regularly followup they says still parts not avelabel, now i says pls. Give Replacement or my money back but they are not given any proper answer so pls. Do the needful pls.. It is al most 2 month.
