The second complaint I am placing as I did not receive any answer or reaction to my first complaint.
Laptop was ordered in November. A defect product was received. The speakers and microphone did not work.
The laptop was sent back. Customer service promised to order a new one.
Never heard back. I fully paid for a laptop in November until today, January 24th, I have not received a replacement.
This is undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever seen or received, and I am a customer service specialist.
