Lenovo — Laptop problem not resolved | |||||
I have bought lenovo laptop 9 months ago, now i am facing battery and headphone jack issue. I went to their service center they are not able to resolve my problem and they are saying that your laptop is working fine. they are not ready to listen my concern.Now i want either they repair my laptop or provide me the new one. Engineer on the service center was not aware of my problem .He don't know anything about the service. he was just fooling the people.Even he was not listening my problem and was just saying that everything is working fine.
