Lenovo — Laptop stopped working | |||
I want to draw your attention towards the problem which i am facing with my lenovo S510p model. It has been just 2 months since the 1 year warranty expired and then suddenly my laptop stopped working. I had been to the service center but they said i need to repair the product. I would also like to share with you that the product has been taken the best care from my side and there is no physical damage in the product. My friend is having the same product and has faced several issues with this particular model even when it was in warranty. It is very sad to say that a trusted brand like lenovo is providing such products that even don't work for one and a half years. I recently brought another lenovo laptop for my friend but this time i am forced to think that was my advice to him is correct. I have the invoice of my laptop and have attached it and also i can provide you with my friends product serial no. through which you can check that if this product is really worth buying for anyone because i personally think that there is some issue with this particular model. I therefore request you to kindly look into this matter because i really trust lenovo products and hope to get the best service from your side.
