Hi, I Am Gonna Tell You Everything From The Starting

After I Am Bought This Laptop After Few Months The Weird Click Sound Comes From The Hinge Side Of The Laptop So I Complain To Lenovo Premium Care And The Engineer Came To My House And Replaced The Hinge

Then I Complaint Lenovo About The Temperature Of My Laptop Is Hitting 99 Degrees They Replied It's Okay Its A Gaming Laptop It Is Normal But I Have Seen My Friend Laptop It Is Not Okay And It Is Not Normal

Then I Complain To Them About The Frequent Disconnection Of The USB But They Told Me It Is A Software Issue It Will Get Fixed After An Update

Then My RGB Of The Exhaust Fan Stopped Working I Call Lenovo They Told Me It Is How It Came From The Factory Then I Had To Send Photos From The Lenovo Website To Prove It, Then The Engineer Came To House Click The Photo Of The Barcode Of The Motherboard And Other Barcodes After 3 Days He Comes To My House And Changes The Motherboard And The Keyboard But The Motherboard That The Engineer Changed Was Not Meant For My Laptop So The Software Was Not Picking Up My Laptop Serial Number On The Lenovo Website Or The GPU Was Not Working So Again After Few Days The Engineer Came And Replace The Motherboard With My Old Motherboard And Told The Previous Engineer Who Replace The Motherboard Did A Mistake

Then I Faced Another Issue My Screen Sometimes Flicker And Do Not Stops Until I Restart My Pc Again The Engineer Came And It Was A Wiring Issue They Fixed It

Then I Faced Another Issue The Exhaust Fan Was Not Working On One Side So Again I Call Lenovo And The Engineer Came To My House And Check The Issue It Was Wiring Issue Wire Was Not Properly Inserted So After Proper Wire Installing It Was Fixed

Then After Few Days I Saw Another Isssue The Back Rgb Sometimes Go Off And On So Again I Call Lenovo And When The Engnieer Checks The Issue It Was Again Wirring Issue The Wires Were Not Properly Placed In Their Position So After Fixing It And The Engineer Was Finishing Packing My Laptop I Saw The Right Side Hinge Cover Was Putting Out More Than The Left One So I Told The Enginner He Starts Fixing It But He Failed To Do So, So He Told Me I Will Raise Complaint From My Side And Get This Fixed But After Like 1 Week Of No Response From Lenovo I Called The Lenovo And They Told Me That The Complaint Was Closed And Told Me To Use Normal Customer Care Number Because Your Premium Subscription Is Expired So I Had To Again Buy Lenovo Premium Care And When I Call Lenovo They Re-Open My Case And After Few Weeks They Told Me That It Will Be Not Get Fixed Becase You Already Have Used Your ADP On The Hinges And I Told Them This Issue Occur When The Service Engineer Was Packing Up My Laptop So This Is Not Caused Up By Me So They Put Up A Confrence Call With The Engineer But The Engineer Was Very Rude And I Told Him That Tell Them It Happen When You Were Packing Up The Laptop He Says It Was Not Done By Me And Hung Up The Call, In The End The Conclusion Was It Is Not Going To Be Fixed So I Go To The Lenovo Service Center There The Engineer Examine And Failed To Fixed It And Told Me It Is Fine Its Just A Cover Use It Like This (But This Is Not How I Bought It)

Then Again I Face Issue Regarding The Laptop Heating Issue And The Fps Drop Majorly In The Game So I Complain And They Told Me This Is How It Is Supposed To Be I Told Them And Send Them A Recording I Am Getting 70 Fps On A Very Light Game And Previously I Was Getting 300-400 Fps And They Told Me It Is How It Is Should Be And Closed My Case So I Again Call Them And Whenever I Told Them My Issue And They Put Me On Hold And Hung Up The Call Every Time I Don't Know Why I Mean Lenovo Has Recorded Every Call So They Should Check Their Service Which They Call Premium

When I Check My Warranty Details On The Lenovo Website It Is Written There "Free Annual PC Health Check" But Whenever I Call Them Regarding This They Hung Up My Phone Or They Don't Know About This I Mean How When You Are Offering A Service So Why Are You Not Fulfilling It

I Mean I Have What They Call Lenovo Premium Care The Best They Can Offer I Had To Suffer Through All This If There Was No Lockdown In Place I Would Never Have The Time To Call Literally 100 Times And Wait For The Engineer To Come To My House

One Time The Screw Of The Laptop Was So Torn Up Because Of Opening And Closing Of The Laptop So Many Time The Engineer Had To Go Service Center To Get It Open
I Mean The Service Was Very Bad, Laptop Quality Is Very Bad

Sometimes Service Time Was 1 Month Check My Repair Status

And I Have Done Like 15 Email To Lenovo But No Response Not Even Once

I Feel I Paid 1.5 Lakh Was A Total Waste And Every Time I Share My Experience With Someone They Told Me That They Had The Same Experience With Lenovo
