Lenovo — Lenovo A 6000 Plus Hardware Problem and bad response from Service Center

Respected Sir, I Ketan Ghule had purchased your phone Lenovo A 6000plus on June 16 from Flipkart.com. After using it for just 3 and a 1/2 months it is giving hardware problems. I visited the service centre in my area whose address is as follows: Vision Tech Enterprise, Shop No. 24, Venkatesh Market, Pimpri, Pune-17. Contact No. [protected];[protected] The service was very pathetic and i was frustrated.I have attached the service record. They kept my phone for 10 days and yet they did not repair it.Their customer approach is ridiculous as they do not treat customers well. What I want is that you repair my phone as soon as possible or at least refund me my money or I will complaint in the consumer court.
