[Resolved] Lenovo — Lenovo A7000a battery not received till date

I had contacted the service centre of Lenova at Vyttila, Ernakulam and informed them about the non functioning of battery of the smartphone Lenova A 7000. They stated that the battery is not there and the battery shall be made available within 3 weeks and receipt with SOI no.[protected] dated 09/06/2017 was given to me. When I enquired today they say that the item has not been received till date and it will take more than one week. I am not in a position to use my phone as the battery is not functional and hence I request you to see that the battery may be delivered to me immediately

When I constantly approached the service centre they were compelled to give me the then available battery.

Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Your product worthless, 90000 Rs i spent, but not working properly, igave for service, but no prompt, in this competative world your product very worst and no word to explain in details.If your company not giving proper respons mean, Iam going to take severew action
