Lenovo — Lenovo bt -500 speakers not received yet

Laptop serial no:- pfolkr60, i bought a new laptop on dated 3.11.2016,
And apply for additional warranty and bt-500 speaker in 1299/- rs,

I had paid the amount but still i didn't get my speakers yet, it almost 45 day have gone,

I am very tired about to call them and mail them, but all in vain,
O i complaint to you regarding this,

Please solve my problem
