Lenovo — Lenovo cheated me | |||
Hello Sir/ Madam I bought a Lenovo handset S660 on[protected] for Rs 9000, which is a dual sim phone. I usually use 1 sim. Recently I noticed that the second sim slot( which I was not using earlier) had a manufacturing defect and a pin of sim slot was broken. I realized this when I thought of inserting the second sim in the phone. Also, recently the battery was behaving very unusually and 100% battery drains within 45 mins or so. Regarding this, I went to the Lenovo service station at F-1, noida sector 8. They declared my phones warranty to be void. I feel cheated. Please bring justice to me. I thought Lenovo was a big brand and it has value. But unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the case. I trusted your brand name and things like these only create a bad image. After sales service is every business's backbone, but the way you have treated me definitely shows you don not take it seriously. First, you gave me a faulty device, and now you say the warranty of the mobile phone is not valid because it was manufactured with fault. I feel like I did the biggest mistake of my life to trust Lenovo. I'm attaching the Job sheet of my phone created at the Lenovo service station and the bill memo.
