Lenovo — lenovo desktop stops working on ups while electricity breakdown

I have purchased new lenovo desktop idea center 01 month back but it stops working on ups while electricity breakdown kindly send engineer to check as our work went on hold when this happened it happened again & again we tried & change the ups also but the problem not solved secondly the screen also got blank during this period
We have lodged a complaint earlier also for dvd writer not working
