I bought a all in one lenovo desktop on 18.04.2017 for my office use which was lying in my office unused since then.in last part of may, when i bought a printer and tried to install the software by inserting the cd in dvd drive, i found that the drive is not gettting eject. When registered the complain with lenovo, they first asked, me to call them when i would be in front of system to check few information. When i called them sitting in front of the system, on the process they asked me to take a pin and to poke it in the back side. Normally, we dont require to use pin in our offices and use stapler instead. The service centre refused to send their service engineer untill i will not follow their instructions and procure a pin to poke it. But while buying the dealer said that it has onsite warranty. Now what is the definition of onsite warranty can anyone explain. I wasted more than 2 hours by calling the lenovo service as it takes lots of time to get connected through ivr. My work got on hold due to delay in service as i am still waiting to get it resolved and i dont want to do all these poking with pin, etc. Service id [protected] Was this information helpful? |
