Lenovo — Lenovo employee spoiled my laptop and now they are wasting time in replacing parts again and again instead if replacing Laptop

I bought Lenovo legion 5 and it was delivered to me on 10 Oct 21. Just after few days o[censored]se, a blue screen with error used to come multiple times which leads to laptop restart automatically. For the same reason I contacted Lenovo premium care on 31 Oct & a guy named "Ahmed Raza Khan [protected]@lenovo.com" picked the call and I explained him about blue screen, error & laptop getting restart. In order to resolve he took remote access for my laptop & I helped him for the same.

He started updating drivers from the Lenovo website. Later he started BIOS update. I am not sure what the hell he did, but just after when BIOS update was installed & bar showed 100% completed, laptop screen went dead. From that moment keypad light, power light everything is working but still there is no response on the laptop screen. So in order to hide his mistake he created a ticket & said that a technician will visit at home & he disconnected the call so fast. Means it only took a minute or two & he created the ticket and disconnected the call. Means what the hell is this? Is this what Lenovo service & behaviour is all about?

So again I tried calling & some new guy picked, I stated whole issue from starting and told that how one guy picked earlier & did all this nonsense. So the current support guy asked me to do few steps and after that he concluded that screen is dead and needs a screen replacement, for that he updated the existing ticket and said that we will send the required parts as soon as possible & technician will visit with those parts for repair. Technician came with new parts and started the screen replacement but even after screen replacement nothing changed. Technician said that may be there is some motherboard issue or something. So he told me that he is gonna ask for motherboard from the store & will then come again for changing it.

So my question to Lenovo is this, that a laptop I haven't used for even 10-15 days had this much issue, still I didn't took any serious action I contacted Lenovo support & did everything that I could have done. But as I behaved so well, your support guy really made my new laptop which isn't even a month old look like a hell. Currently this laptop which cost approximately 70K is a piece of ###. Even after screen replacement nothing is changed.

So in real World no one will even allow Laptop part replacement which is just few days old. Still I behaved so well & agreed for parts replacement. So how mANY TIMEs should I agree for parts replacement. I didn't pay this much huge amount for all this. I am asking and suggesting Lenovo team to replace my laptop but they are just giving useless excuse & denying the replacement process. I didn't buy this costly laptop so that they will keep on changing each & every parts forever.

I just hope that someone can help me with this issue. As I didn't took Laptop so that I can agree for parts replacement for whole my life.
