I bought the Lenovo ideapad3 laptop online in 2021. But I really don't like the laptop as it is dead slow and even not able to operate.
Serial Number of my PC: PF330PNE.
RAM: 8 GB,
Storage: 1 TB HDD
I have contacted Lenovo Customer care and the team re-installed OS via Remote access and suggested to go for SSD instead of HDD to gain the better performance and speed. Recently also we visited a Lenovo customer service center in Vijayawada and got the same re-installation of OS and same recommendations to change to SSD.
But I am really upset with these recommendations if this laptop configuration is not proper why this type of products are into the market and recommending consumers to change to SSD to avoid the slowness after buying the laptop.
My wife was worked for a small company but unfortunately her work got delayed due to this slowness and Blurry screen which led to her job loss.
So request the LENOVO to change the storage to SSD upon free of cost as we already invested lot of money on this product purchase.
