Very bad customer care, lenove idea pad is the worst lenovo product that i have used. not even 1 month old and the keys have started to pop out on its own, when contacted customer service ADYASHA DAS. said that we broke it on our own and now the product is not under warranty. she did a video call.

Updated by Ansak we went to the service center near to our place, they have fixed the key issue without ant charges.
