Dear Lenovo Support Team
I am appalled at Lenovo's unprofessional service, which is rare from my previous experience with Lenovo products.
For two consecutive days, two different engineers visited my premises and both came to replace the motherboard. After installing the new product and spending more than 2.5 hours each, both parts were found defective by the engineers themselves. I just don't understand how is Lenovo sending faulty products and cheating the customers.
You are just wasting customers' as well as engineers' time as is evident from their frustration. If Lenovo can send faulty parts for two days straight, I have lost my trust in Lenovo as a brand. It is really deplorable that the customer has to keep on suffering because of your incompetence and unprofessionalism.
And when you aren't able to deliver on your end, your technical team resorts to further harassing customers by asking them to keep making trips to distant service centers. I guess you don't understand the meaning of the 'Onsite Warranty' where repairs are at the customers' location. How do your representatives get even the audacity to demand customers to visit service centers according to whims and fantasies?
My issue is far from resolved and I am using a faulty motherboard with a nonfunctional audio jack. So, I request instead of wasting even one second of my time and beating around the bush, send me a perfectly functioning and TESTED product. I am already frustrated by your customer service, please don't it worse by wasting any further of my time. Was this information helpful? |
