I bought this laptop from a shop, after 4-5 days I noticed that the dot key in my laptop is loosen and it is separated from the attachment to the keyboard, also there was a lagging and stuck problem which was very severe, I reported the problem to the shop but they said that they can't help and told to direct this problem to lenovo directly, I was very frustrated and tired of this problem, I myself registered this problem in lenovo's official site and lenovo's customer care called me and told that they can't help this issue cause it is not included in the warranty, after many times of telling this issue to the shop they told that they will register it in the site and the company will provide onsite service, they have been telling like this for many days maybe a month and a half, but they have not arrived yet, I request lenovo's immediate support for my laptop's problem...
