Lenovo — lenovo is not extending warranty of my lenovo laptop ip310

I have bought a Lenovo laptop IP310 and it is under 1 year of manufacturer warranty along with the offer to get additional 2 years warranty after registering it online within a week.
Its more than 2 months of registration but i haven't received any link to extend my warranty, neither they are replying to my E-mails that i am sending them frequently.

Purchased Date : 23rd June, 2017
