Lenovo — Lenovo K 3 Note Touch Issue

I have purchased Lenovo K3 note on 15-07-15 and my phone's touch started hanging to a situation where i am not able to swipe for attending a call.So i approached a service center on 17-08-15 at Calicut and service have entered.i Waited for 1 month and they said the spare of Touch has not yet reached and suggested to consult another service center in Calicut itself.So i met 2nd service center in Calicut and service have entered on 21-09-15.Again i have waited for another 15 days and till date the spare Touch has not reached.I have not even used that new set for 1 month after purchasing
