Lenovo — Lenovo K3 Note // Service Centre asking Bribe | |||
I have placed order for this mobile on 17th oct 2015 and now the mobile is not getting properly charged. I gave the mobile to nearest authorized LENOVO service center and they mentioned its BATTERY issue as well told Mobile being in WARRANTY so its free of cost so asked us to give them KHARCHA PANI ( ie money) to get the battery replace at earliest in free. On mentioning why shall i pay for the KHARCHA PANI when services has to be free. Later within an hour they says its MOTHERBOARD issue as the charger pin got damage . So now this is PHYSICAL Damage issue so you have pay . Within 1 hr the issue from BATTERY goes to MOTHERBOARD ? Shall i doubt the LENOVO Technician skill or the reason i didn't gave KHARCHA PANI so this way they are taking out money from our pocket ?? This is a serious issue where the warranty changes to Damage as i refused LENOVO to pay KHARCHA PANI .
