Lenovo — Lenovo k4 note mic problem taking almost 10 days

Hi i visit the south x service center new delhi my lenovo k 4 note mic not working they said it will take around 7. To 10 days i said it's just a small part what kind warranty you are giving if customers not happy wid your service just a small part.
Can't understand how you people worked.
