I am using this model from past 9 months, was good enough had no complaints, last day on 18th may 2017 the mobile stopped getting charged, we tried it by other charger to know, is it an complaint of the charger, but it was complaint from mobile charging point, still when i used getting charged by the external charger, it started charging and charged to 80% and unplugged, after a gap of two hours i tried on the mobile, but unfortunately it was getting on.
I brought the set to our service centre near kollam ie., city phones. And explained them about the problem, before diagnosing they told its not under warranty as it is physical damage.
Y was it suddenly happen? Y are the service centre people without checking phone, they say its physical damage, and they said the company says that if you see any sort light dent in mobile you can dis approve the claim of warrenty. Is that true.
They say it has a board issue, but did not say as it can be rectified or not, instead asked me to take the mobile from the shop, i don't want the people answer to be rude like this, and i did not expect to.
Since being a brand name and future i opted this phone, but my experience with the service has become very bad, as being in corporate service people, i hope you can help me and do the needful.
