Lenovo — Lenovo k5 note / I am complaining about mobile and service centers of lenovo

Not at all responsibility taken by service centers
Lenovo k5 note/ poor quality, Android is stopping. And also service center is not taking any responsibilities . Sad part is that, mobile brought just 1 month ago but I am struggling at service center since 25 days .

Please give me replacement of this mobile.. I am totally disappointed because, it showing Android stopped aftr 5 days of purchasing only
So please give me the replacement... Service centres are not taking any care
I am just going and coming back

I had perchase lenovo K3 note in jul 16 not it with in only four month its turch screen not working this is big issue for you. plese resolve it fast. i am not at home only one old lady at my home how she can make repair. so plese send some one to collect the phone and repair it and return.

Since my theme center was not working properly so I uninstalled it due to which now I'm not able to change wallpapers or make any changes to the display settings of Mt phone...
