Lenovo — Lenovo K5 vibe handset not working | |||||
I bought Lenovo smartphone K5 vibe on 14th October 2016. I used phone for 22 days and now suddenly phone is not working. It got switched off and after 8-10 hours it started but Touch is not working even Camera is also not working. I visited service centre he said motherboard is damaged by Liquid foam, which cannot be covered under Warranty. If the device is so delicate then why are you selling such products. I have not taken phone out of home not even drop in water. Request you to look into this and replace my handset or Refund my money. I really suggest customers Please do not buy Lenovo Products.
