I visited Lenovo authorised service centre in Alappuzha to rectify my issue about the memory card. Is issue was Lenovo k6 note can support 128 GB memory card my mine was not supporting. I given the phone to them @ 11 am and they were looking after it and after 1 hour there given back my phone and they said that the display is proven and they band fix that issue and the warranty of the phone is gone. When I given the phone to them there was no issue. They broken the phone and they are telling that when I given the phone to them it was broken. I asked them to show me the CCTV footage and they were not showing me. I asked them that I need to see the manager and they asked me to go to the nearby lava store and said the Lenovo manager is in the lava service centre and I went there and I said my issue to her. I will note forget the time spent with her ( unforgettable bad memories) She was soo rude and I thought that she will hit me. She will be the nightmare of my life. Is that the way a manager speaks with there customer and do we have to pay for the mistakes they have done. Please do the needful for it and please make sure that it will note happens to other customers. In Alappuzha there is only one service centre and the manager over there is so so. Please deal with it ASAP. it will effect your business in Alappuzha. And all over the Kerala.
