Lenovo — lenovo k6 power is not charging

Lenavo k6 power is stop charging. I went to the authorized dealer and i am in guarantee period. They said they wont be able to repair for free since the some moisture content went to the charging portal. They are asking me 6000 rs to repair eventhough i am in guarantee period. I dont know how the moisture content went into the charging portal if they are true.

I purchased my mobile Moto g 4 on 10 February 2016 and after 6 month I am facing problem with my charger as it is not working properly and it is not charging my device I want u to change my charger as it is still in warranty period
