Lenovo — lenovo k8 note bootloop issue

Lenovo k8 note is released in the market 1.8 years ago... Many people are facing the issue of automatics boot loop{ after the update of 8.1 os with a bug ] (Mean the phone switches off/on itself every 5 min... I have complained and 600 others also complained in the lenovo forum (https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/K8-XT1902-Smartphones/Lenovo-K8-Note-Auto-Restart-...⇄ but the customer management team adviced to repair on our own cost for rs 9000 for a phone with actual cost 12, 800 1.8 years ago and now has a price tag 8k in the month
