Lenovo — lenovo k900 smartphone

I brought the lenovo k900 smartphone costing rs26400 and it got damaged under warranty. When i approached their service centre. They Provide me with DOA certificate and assured me that phone will be replaced. It is 5 months now, and nothing has been done since. I contacted many of their executives, but still nothing is done. They always say it is near to completion and i am still with the DOA certificate with me. Pls help me out
