On 04/10/21, I have ordered Lenovo laptop model Model: PF37JW1X from their company website. In order confirmation mentioned that laptop having upto 9 hours battery backup. I have received the laptop by mid of November, and after using 2 weeks, realized that it is actually having a battery backup of less than 2 hours only. Though I have reported this to the company many times, there is no positive action to resolve the issue or refund.
On 13/12/21 received mail from Lenovo that this battery backup hours is normal. I have tried below mentioned steps too:
On 06/12/21, I have called Lenovo technical member Vikash Kumar ([protected]@lenovo.com) and explained the issue, I have mailed the battery report as requested by them and after checking them they said that there is not issue with battery. Though they said that they will report the issue to their superior, no action has been taken.
On 09/12/212, I have called them again and spoke to another technical member Asha ([protected]@lenovo.com) and repeated the same process and reply without solving the issue Also, on 07/11/21, I have reported the battery issue with few more of their below staff and unfortunately, none of them were bothered to respond to the mail (1) Praveen Doddamani, (2) Asif Javed, (3) Shilam Kumari2 (4) Roopa Hampannavar. Parallelly, I have reported issue through their online internal repair system on 06/12/21 (repair ticket number [protected]) and 08/12/21 (repair ticket number [protected]). They have simply closed both requests by mentioning issue solved
on 14/12/21, have registered a complaint with NCH
on 29/01/22, they have disposed the complaint by sending message "The grievance was taken up with the company by NCH but company has not responded on the grievance"
