Lenovo — Lenovo laptop idea product called several times at lenovo customer care regarding issues but they are not fulfilling it

I have purchased lenovo laptop idea product and facing major issues. Once they approached me at made my keyboard replacement but then to I am facing the same issues called their customer service care several times then to they are not resolving my problems since last 10 days they are telling you will receive a call from our engineer then to I haven't received it now its high time i am not able to use my laptop.
Soo please do the needful for me.
