[Resolved]  Lenovo — Lenovo laptop screen problem

I registered a complaint against Lenovo laptop in their customers support site.Actually initially a line came on my screen, how it came I don't know gradually day by day it increased. When I sent them the snap shot of screen they are telling that it is accidental case they can not support. But it is in warranty period. Is it fixed that screen problem only occurs due to accident?Then why they are giving warranty. Without understanding the reason simply they told accidental case and avoiding it.
