Lenovo — lenovo laptop v110

Sep 2017 purchased lenovo v110, touch pad not working. Complaints to the customer care two to three times, they give only online support, i told it's not an software issue, it's an hardware issue, but they are not accepting. External mouse is working only touch pad not working,

Today i mailed them the snapshot of the problem, still no reply, i made a call today at 12.15 no.[protected],

My request i'd [protected].

Please don't purchase this lenovo laptop v110.

Lenovo need to improve their service, product quality
