I had bought mobile in sept 2014 and the mobile get dead in april 2015 since then till today i m facing the problem and going to each n every service center near me in july i give to a service center ( prompt solution ) ahmedabad and they return it on 25 july with excuse that activation date and invoice date are mismatch and after that i mailed for my warranty status and activation date then i got a mail from lenovo support that my warranty was ended on 29 july 2015 after that lenovo give me a mail that i have to go service center and they will repair my mobile in warranty and when i walk there your service center (prompt solution ) my mobile due to my mobile was not in warranty on that day when i was there after that i have wrote many mails and many coplaints but untill i havent got any satisfactory response please suggest that what i have to do Was this information helpful? | |||

I had bought lenovo vibe k4 note from eBay site last month on 24th June 2016 .the main reason for buying it was finger print scanner but now it has completely stopped functioning., the phone is in warranty period so I want. Replacement or complete solution of this problem
