I, sibi ramanan purchased one lenovo mobile handset vibe p1 turbo 32gb sl (Item code:len p1a42 imei 1:[protected] and imei2: [protected]) on 28th april 2016 from a shop named qrs retail limited, x1/1949-2, ramachandra towers, plamoodu, pattom, trivandrum - 695004 for my wife mrs. Akhila jr. After a use of few months the conversation from the other end sounds very feeble. My wife started putting the handset on speaker mode so that she can hear properly. But she was fed up and decided to visit the lenovo service centre, karamana, trivandrum on october 2016 with her father. They returned the mobile within 20-25 minutes and said they have fixed the problem. But again the same problem came back after 2 months and we took it to same lenovo service centre on 28th jan 2017. This time they told that the speaker has to be replaced and got my device back on 31st jan. But still the problem existed and i took the mobile back to sevice centre on 3rd feb 2017. This time they told me the problem is with mic and it had to be replaced. On 6th feb 2017 i received the mobile back from service centre and still the same problem exists. It seems no one in the service centre is unable to find solution for the problem. They are just trying trial and error method. Again i am planning to go to this service centre on11th feb and probably going to waste my valuable time without the issue being fixed permanently. I don’t understand why they are not replacing the handset if they are unable to solve the issue as the handset is in warranty period. They are just trying to fool us by doing something instead of fixing the issue permanently. We are not expecting this kind of service from a mnc like lenovo.
