Lenovo — Lenovo Mobile Zuk Z1 - No Response from Service Tea

I have bought Lenovo Zuk Z1 mobile in May 2016
I gave my mobile for repairto local (PUNE) authorised service centre on 15th Jan 2017 for overheating & back panel swollen issue.

I have asked to replace back panel under warranty.

Service Centre has esalated this to Lenovo Service team on 1st Feb 2017.
However even after 3 follow up, there has not been response from Lenovo.

Service centre team has simply forwarded the email to me.
Now responsiblity of follow up with Lenovo and get my mobile repaired lies with me.
Great example of pathetic customer service.
Hope to get it resolve and get my mobile back.

Complaint no [protected], is not handled which is pending from more than two months.pc working in BSNL, INDIA is not working.no response of the complain.very bad customer care, disappointed.

My lenovo P2 doesnot support VOLTE.Please release a firmware update for it.
