Lenovo — lenovo p2 glass broken, very poor build quality | |||||
My self pankaj, i had bought lenovo p2 mobile on 4apr2017. Now i'm regretting for buying this mobile. I was traveling on 2oct2017 and my mobile fall down accidentally from my hand (Fall down from the height of around 1feet only) and mobile glass shattered/cracked. Now you can assume what will be build quality of lenovo p2!, as its glass cracked by just falling down from the height of 1 feet only. Today i went to the lenovo mobile service center located at indiranagar, bangalore. Had explained the entire scenario how it fall down and what is the quality of product. They told this can't be covered warranty since it is damaged accidentally, you need to pay around rs 6300 and you will get back your mobile after 10-15 working days and they told that quality issue you should tell to the company, we are not responsible for the quality as we are provide only service. What kind of answer is this?? My question is why customer will suffer because of your poor mobile build quality? Now next things is, even if i'm ready to pay money, they told it will take 10-15 working days to repair it. Wtf. To just replace the glass it will take more than 10 days? What kind of service is this? I came back the service center without giving my mobile. I wanted to know that whether this issue can be covered in warranty or not? And if i'll give my mobile for service, within how much time they will return it back? Was this information helpful? | |||||
