Lenovo — lenovo phab plus | |||
My mobile does not switch on. So i went to the lenovo service center in chandmari, kamakhya communication, guwahati. After looking at my lenovo phab plus they said that it had sub board and battery issues and would call me after 10 days and also said that it would cost around 2500/- (Twenty five hundred only). After 10 days they called me and said that the tab has a damaged main board which if i change would cost me what a new tab would cost. I just want to know, why is it that after 10 days they are saying this. How should i believe them? It’s really hard to understand how lenovo is continuing with such kind of customer care at guwahati. Please give me a solution, i have not collected my tab from the service center, right now i can’t afford a new phone and i do want to continue with my tab. Please give a volte update to all Lenovo phones..i.e Lenovo Vibe x3 and Lenovo k3 note..that are costly phones..
