Lenovo — lenovo phab2

While speaking through phone using loud speaker that time i am not having any problem speaker is good. But while having very next call after using loud speaker, i am not able to get caller voice as well as caller not able to here my voice. I found the only solution for this problem is reboot the system. This is happening from day1 of my purchasing this product.

Could you please provide me the solution for that?
