Lenovo — lenovo repair status | |||
Hi, My phone is in service center for last 9-10 days. Whenever i ask the service center about the repair, they only inform me that parts shortage, but its quite frustrating. Yesterday (22.10.2017) i got a sms from "dm-688689" saying that "your phone has been made and ready for pick up". But when i went to service center to collect my phone i came to know, there has been no progress at all till date. Lenovo just close the issue/job because the still don't have the parts available. It is so bad to know there has been no/least after sales service from lenovo and now i am regretting. I would request you to look into this matter as soon as possible. Warranty doesn't cover if it's get wet in rain when I asked in service center,
And they are charging 7, 500 rupees for display with service cost of 500 .
