Am Jaydeep Salunkhe(mob no-[protected] mail [protected]@gmail.com) from pimpri chinchwad, pune . My lenovo k5 plus (purchased on 16/11/2016)was having problems with its camera sound and other functions . so i contacted the service center in pimpri, they came to a result that it has motherboard issues due to physical damage which i completely disagree .so please look in the matter and return/repair my phone asap. thank you
