I have purchased a smartphone lenovo zuk z1” through amazon on 26th may 2016. After two weeks following problem arising in my handset:
1) hanging problem in handset after attending calls
2) display not working after a call
Last month (21/may/2016) i visited service centre “touchess communications” aluva & submitted my handset to them& they told me that in approx. Two week my handset will be ok. Now more than 25 days has been over. I haven’t received any call for status of my handset. & i also not received my handset yet
Today i have contacted the customer care and they replied that the parts not arrived yet.
I am facing many problems in daily routines due to not having my smartphone.
