Motherboard replaced on 12/09/2013, 11/20/2014, 10/26/2016, 10/28/2016 and 11/01/2016. camera replaced on 09/24/2014. keyboard replaced on 08/06/2015. lcd replaced on 09/23/2016, 09/26/2016, 09/28/2016, 10/04/2016. lcd cables replaced on 09/29/2016. october 24 after 2 pm est, lenovo supervisor left a voice message to review to replace the laptop and call back within 24-72 business hours. nobody called me. considering the history of repairs, can i get a new laptop for replacement? or i will have to find another route to complain. thanks for your time, edward choo
