i bought a lenovo G50-70( serial number is YB[protected] lap last month...with in two days the OS windows 8.1 was getting corrupted.. i am working i a leading MNC..i bought this laptop for office purpose only... it was getting corrupted on monday so didnt have the time to contact lenovo at the same day so i have planned to contact lenovo on weekends and at the same time i cant simply sitting without working until weekends that's y i installed a crack version of windows 7. after that i went to lenovo on the same weekend.. they told it is not possible to recover the original OS for recovering they are asking 2000rs.. Y i need to pay? i went to service centre on the same week where i bought this lap..they told we never provide OS cd's like other products laptop like dell, hp.. that is whose fault? that is lenovo's mistake...lenovo have to provide proper cd's for OS ...how can the customers knows to enable recovery options on booting?
i m highly disappionted by lenovo...Money is not a problem for me.. But it is not a good support by lenovo..for past two weekends i was roaming like anything with the lap to lenovo service centre...in my company all are using DELL and HP laptop only..i m the first customer for lenovo from my company... I dont want any support from lenovo, but definitely i wont recommend lenovo product to my company... i would like to share my experience on my social networks too... Was this information helpful? |
