Respected sir, My name is teju yadav and am living in new delhi. I have bought a lenovo mobile phone lenovo vibe k4 note, imei-[protected] on 08 june 2016, and after 2 months the phone gets in problem of hand free jack not working by itself, so i have contacted the authorized service center of lenovo phone, technocare solutions pvt. Ltd. At upper ground floor f-11, janak palace, district center, new delhi-110058 and submitted my phone to the service center on 30 august 2016 (Job sheet attached), and till 03 october they are still making excuses for my phone, they are give me excuse every time when i am visited at service center. Already. So please consider about my problem and help me for getting the my phone or refundable amount of my phone. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
