Lenovo — lenovo vibe k5 note microphone

Hi, my mobile is under warranty period but as its microphone was not working i went to service centre in okhla, new delhi. There was a lady who said that charging jack is not working and it has to be replaced so we have to pay 2200 rs. I don't understand if charging is going properly and microphone is not working then why she said like this and although it's in warranty period so for microphone problem nothing should be charged. Please suggest what to do.

I am from madanapalli of chitoor District in Andhra Pradesh in India ... I tried to call the customercare ... For the number provided by the Lenovo people... I tried to call him for the entire day... But he doesn'teven pick the call up... Just that damn irritating
