I bought lenovo vibe s1 smart phone and i totally fedup with this phone within a week itself . extremely disappoining item . The mobile network is not recognised in the phone .
all time there is no network in the phone . i have to go out to make a call and the same network works very well in the other phone . I am fed up with this phone.
phone cut button is not working most of the time . it hangs .there is no proper sound in the phone . battery backup is also not good .
the main problem is not to recognise the network at all.
i want to refund that phone .
provide me proper assistence .
