I had purchased Lenovo Vibe X2 from Flipkart on 14th Feb 2015 by paying Rs 20089, the initial delivered product had battery issue- battery remains 100% and suddenly the phone gets turned off, so got the same exchanged on Feb 24th 2015.
On June 6th 2015 again i faced the same issues, battery used to remain 100% and suddenly the phone gets turned off. Again gave it to service center in bangalore Jayanagar branch and got battery and board replaced it took around 2 week to get it replaced. But the issue still exist.
Wrote complaint to [protected]@lenovo.com asking for replacement as the I had battery even after service where (battery and board was replaced). But as per policy their cannot replace hence have gave for 2nd time service on 9th July 2015. On 21st july when called service center person says we have changed the battery and kept for testing you can collect the phone on 22nd july evening. When called on 22nd july afternoon she says your phone board has problem it may take 1~1.5 months to replace.
Even escalated the issues to Executive Director(Sudipto Ghosh) [protected]@lenovo.com.But was of no help.
Please help on next course of action to be taken.
