I have purchased a smart phone of lenovo vibex3, which is almost about 8 months, it was totally unsatisfactory and worst service ever i have seen in my life time. After purchasing phone of about 3 months, my phone has some fault when i took to lenovo service center they seems there must be some mother board problem will-replace mother board in a warranty, even though within 3 months a defeat comes which is totally frustrating moments with lenovo product, anyhow i managed and my phone is working after replacing of mother board and all of sudden after servicing 2mths later another defeat found, display automatically with a blank screen without even touching it. When it happens i again took my mobile to lenovo care, this time they replaced me a display as it was under warranty still. After servicing these ppl never informed us regarding the deletion of my contacts and other data.. Ok accepted... But after servicing i was really frastuated when i puts my mobile on charge for 4hrs (Day time) and it shows battery charged upto 75% when i unplug it battery remains 10% - low battery and mobile is almost about to burst due to over heating issues,, even mobile stucks and ready to use after 5 mins.. Not even a proper response from lenovo care...
I suggest for god sake never ever buy any lenovo product.
Even i am going to start a wake up call campaign on social media say no to lenovo products.
