Lenovo — Low grade Customer Service

I am not able to get through to the customer care executives of the company since a week since they all are "Busy assisting other customers" since a week? I have battery issues and some other petty issues that need to be resolved but the hell they aren't available. I sent a mail to the customer service email id and received a mail regarding the solution(that it would be taken care of) but nothing happened.
